How can I customize my order?
1) add the product(s) you would like to your cart
2) click on the cart page
3) once you are on the cart page you should see a note section underneath the cart/ items
4) type in the customization you would like following this form : top-(if it’s a set)
bottom-
You can do different customizations if you are purchasing several sets or you can just do one for all just be sure to write which customization pertains to each item
5) submit the order and you’re all set!
Why is my order taking longer than expected to ship?
Lust by p is a custom brand. Each order requires special attention and quality. When ordering it is important to note the shipping date or time, which can be found in either the product title or description. We will do everything we can to create and ship your order to you on time. Delays are rare but also are possible. If your order is more than a week delayed you can reach out to us at prlustbyp@gmail.com and we will refund you your shipping costs to make up for it. We sincerely appreciate your patience.
I forgot/ was unable to add the note for the customization for my order what do I do?
You can email us at prlustbyp@gmail.com and we'd be more than happy to add it for you!We will also contact you if you don't provide a note for the order.
I need to change my shipping address
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to the shipping address once your order has been submitted.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email
Our emails can sometimes be sent to your spam folder. Also when making an order you have the option to use your phone number instead of an email, if you make that choice you will not receive any emails from us and instead you will receive updates on your order through text.
How can I make an order?
Browse our catalog, choose the item(s) you like. Add them to cart and once you are done shopping press the shopping bag icon. Near the bottom of the page under your item(s) there is a note section where you are able to type in the customizations you'd like for your item(s). It does not have to follow a specific format and if we have any questions about your note we will contact you. We will also contact you if you don't provide a note for the order.

I have emailed and not received a response back
Sometimes we have very high volume of emails and cannot get back to everyone as quickly as we wish. We prioritize and give our attention to your orders, we try our best to get back to every email we receive! If we don't respond to your email at all it may have been sent to our spam folder and we recommend emailing again and be sure to use the appropriate email.
